Fixed Reimbursement Program for Channel Partner in GG 3.1
There will be a Fixed Reimbursement for the first 3 months in the below given table, afterwards, it depends on the completion of UPOS target:

Note:
- Pay-out will be Disbursed without minimum achieved Criteria Checking Till the first three months after joining, with a condition to have an office in place in the assigned Pincode
- Payouts will be distributed based on the following criteria:
- Office in allotted pincode is mandatory to start the payout post 3 months.
- If you are allotted a pincode and start the office within the initial 5 days of any month, that month will be considered their first month, and the payout will be released in the subsequent month and so on.
- However, if the pincode allocation and office commencement occur after the 5th day of the month, the subsequent month will be considered as their initial month for payout eligibility, rather than the current month.
- “After 3 months, the fixed reimbursement pay-out will be contingent upon the fulfillment of MBG criteria, with regular reviews scheduled every quarter.”
- Performance at every hierarchy will be Evaluated Monthly for review of the performance of the respective month.
- Upon Non-Fulfilment of Minimum business guarantee Criteria, Partner will get 3 Months of Recovery / Grace Period on the discretion of the Company
- Partner Completing MBG During Recovery Period will Get Fixed Reimbursement along with Arrears, if Any
- Contract will get Ceased, If Partner Fails to Meet the MBG Criteria even after the Recovery Period

Eligibility Criteria For New Channel Partners & Partners in GG 3.1:
There are different eligibility criteria for different channel partners and partners:
Eligibility Criteria for Master Channel Partner (MCP)
ACP has to pay a Refundable Deposit of ₹25 Lakhs
Check the Below Given eligibility criteria for MCP:
- Work / Business Experience – Min. 10 years
- Team Handling Experience – Min. 100 people
Note: Get a Refund of the deposit of ₹25 Lakh after selling 5,100 UPOS in the next 12 months. If unable to achieve 5,100 UPOS in the next 1 year, fees will be forfeited.
Minimum Performance Criteria for MCP
- Training for 1 month from the date of Registration.
- The probation period of 6 Months.
- In the 1st & the 2nd Months, the minimum number of CPs required is 10.
- Every 2 months 1500 UPOS & 1000 GG Community Members
Note:
- As an MCP, you are also eligible for Rs. 500 one-time Extra income for the UPOS Sold by others in your pin code (if you achieve a minimum Target of 250 UPOS per month).
- ACP Post can be applied only if they have UPOS ID
- Completing one month of training and passing the exam is required. If you fail to pass the exam, your withdrawal from the wallet will be temporarily suspended until you pass the exam.
- HO reserves the right to evaluate you after 7 months if you are unable to meet the assigned targets.
Eligibility Criteria for Channel Partner (CP)
“The CP has to pay a refundable deposit of ₹12 lakhs.”
- Work / Business Experience – Min. 5 years
- Team Handling Experience – Min. 50 people
Note: Get a Refund of the deposit of ₹12 Lakh after selling 510 UPOS in the next 12 months. If unable to achieve 510 UPOS in the next 1 year, fees will be forfeited.
Minimum Performance Criteria for CP
- Training for 1 month from the date of Registration.
- The probation period of 6 Months.
- In the 1st & the 2nd Months, the minimum number of ACPs required is 10.
- Every 2 months 150 UPOS & 100 GG Community Members
Note:
- As a CP, you are also eligible for Rs. 1000 one-Time Extra income for the UPOS Sold by others in your pin code (if you achieve a minimum Target of 50 UPOS per month).
- CP Post can be applied only if they have UPOS ID
- Completing one month of training and passing the exam is required. If you fail to pass the exam, your withdrawal from the wallet will be temporarily suspended until you pass the exam.
- HO reserves the right to evaluate you after 7 months if you are unable to meet the assigned targets.
Eligibility Criteria for Assitant Channel Partner (ACP)
ACP has to pay a Refundable Deposit of ₹5 Lakhs
- Work / Business Experience – Min. 3 years
- Team Handling Experience – Min. 20 people
Minimum Performance Criteria for ACP
- Training for 1 month from the date of Registration.
- The probation period of 6 Months.
- In the 1st & the 2nd Months, the minimum number of partners required is 10.
- Every 2 months 15 UPOS & 10 GG Community Members
Note:
- As an ACP, you are also eligible for Rs. 2000 one-time Extra income for the UPOS Sold by others in your pin code (if you achieve a minimum Target of 10 UPOS per month).
- ACP Post can be applied only if they have UPOS ID
- Completing one month of training and passing the exam is required. If you fail to pass the exam, your withdrawal from the wallet will be temporarily suspended until you pass the exam.
- HO reserves the right to evaluate you after 7 months if you are unable to meet the assigned targets.
Eligibility Criteria for Partners
- Work / Business Experience – Fresher or Above
- Qualification – 10 + 2
Minimum Performance Criteria for Partners:
- Training for 1 month from the date of Registration.
- The probation period of 6 Months.
- 4 UPOS to be Sold Per Month (i.e. for 6 Months it will be 24 UPOS)

- Partner ID can be created only when they have the UPOS ID which is registered under the Partner ID of a person who sold UPOS.
- Completing one month of training and passing the exam is required. If you fail to pass the exam, your withdrawal from the wallet will be temporarily suspended until you pass the exam.
- HO reserves the right to evaluate you after 7 months if you are unable to meet the assigned targets.

Promotion Criteria for Channel Partners & Partners in GG 3.1
The different Channel Partner & Partner has to complete the following targets for promotion without Security Deposit Fee:
- To Promote from Partner to ACP – 27 UPOS Sale is Required.
- To Promote from ACP to CP – 90 UPOS Sale is Required.
- To Promote from ACP to CP – 900 UPOS Sale is Required.
Note:
- Promotion from Partner to ACP eliminates the security deposit requirement for ACP i.e. 5 Lakh.
- Promotion from ACP to CP eliminates the security deposit requirement for ACP i.e. 12 Lakh.
- Promotion from CP to MCP eliminates the security deposit requirement for ACP i.e. 25 Lakh.
